my dream seker is not running

Problem Description:i try toplay a game and it says launching dream seker but dont work how i fix it ?

look my pc is windows xp a few weaks ago its were perfect but now whem i join games it says ´´ launching dream seker´´ and i ve been waiting for like 10 mins anmd not ocurred and i arleady tried all turned off anti virus and firewalls i downloaded agin tried to uptade but nothing seems to work
