"Connected to world" is frozen

Problem Description: When I connecting to game, screen stuck on "Connected to world".
I can only connect to The Wizard Chronicles pl.
I can connect to games on guest.

Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1. Join game
2. "Connected to world"...

Did you allow all three executables to access the internet on ZoneAlarm and do you have any other firewall installed?
Which games did you try to connect to?

When I try to play a byond game I click join the blue screen pops up and at the bottom of it it says launching dream seeker but nothing happens. The first time I downloaded byond the games were working a played a few naruto games but when I logged out and logged back in that is when the problem started...

2. "Connecting to IP:port...connected"
3. Frozen "Connected to world"
I can't play Builders Fantasy, Hogwart a History, The Wizard Chronicles (english server), etc.
I can only play The Wizard Chronicles PL.
I can play games on guest.

I meant the steps you took to solve the problem.
You said you "deleted the cache", which is possible in various ways and the article I linked to describes more, so I wanted to make sure that you actually did everything that was possible.

1. C:\Documents and Settings\[User name]\My documents\BYOND
2. Delete "cache" folder

My key is bugged, I think.

Ah, see!
That's why I asked, since the article describes renaming the cfg folder as well and test for success.

If you can connect to some games and not others, the reason is likely not a BYOND bug/issue, but with your connection, the games/servers you can't reach, or you being banned from these games.

Problem disappeared, but "connection failed" when I playing.

You say that the problem is solved and yet, in the next part of the phrase, you mention a problem?
