BYOND Build Number: Latest, I believe. (As of Monday, May 18, 2009) I cannot even access my key...)

Video/Graphics Card: I really don't see how this is relevant to my problem

Internet Connection Type: Cable
Firewalls/Routers: A firewall, windows defender. Unable to get router information right now.

Problem Description: Well, you see, I had it installed Friday night, no problem. I reinstall it today, but there is a hitch. It all installs fine, (I'm installing it to a folder other than the default computer program files on, if that helps... But when I log in it says "cannot read key file"
Also, I've tried running it as administrator.

Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Open up BYOND, log in.
When you open the pager (before entering your Account/password), go to "File"->"Preferences..."->"Advanced".
Look up the "User directory", then open that directory in your windows explorer.
a) Does that directory exist?
b) Does it contain a key.txt file?
c) If it contains a key.txt, please move it to another (save) place by cut&paste. Then close BYOND and open it again. This time, try to enter.
Does it create a new key.txt file?
