Why is this happening?

So, today I tried logging onto my account, after I logged in earlier, and got this message.

"Logins are currently restricted. If you have forgotten your password, go to http://www.byond.com/members/?command=forgot_password to have it reset by email."

What does this actually mean? Does it mean that I got banned? If so, what for?

Did you try to log in and used the wrong password?
Have you followed the advice and retrieved your password?

Yes, I followed the advice and retrieved my password, maybe it's because I choose the same password again, anyway, it's just a key, and i'll stick with this one.
