This is rather strange.
I'll have to ask others, more used to the system for advice.
The symptoms you're describing are most consistent with a flaky connection. You just said "modem" as your connection type, which doesn't really tell us anything since that could mean dial-up, cable, or DSL; they all use modems. If I had to place a bet I'd say you're probably using cable or DSL with a wireless router.

If you do have a wireless router, this is almost certainly the cause of your problems--it is simply dropping connections too frequently. That would mean you have a poor signal strength, a bad router, or both. In my experience wireless routers are temperamental beyond belief. If you have one acting up, my first advice would be to try to improve on the signal, and second would be to replace the router.

If this is not the case, more details about the type of connection you have would help.

Well, to be honest, i'm not quite sure but I guess my connection is with a Cable.
And now it's writing at the BYOND Pager- "BYOND Central is not accessible." :(
And now I barely can play at byond://67.208.116.130:27021 becuase it's all laggy and barely move.
