ToS for using Dream Maker

I have already read the ToS for BYOND site in general, but I am looking for Dream Maker's ToS. I need to know what type of games I am allowed or not allowed to make.

Why would/should there be a separate specific TOS?

I just thought there would be a restriction on certain types of games created with Dream Maker i.e. racist/pornographic games.

BYOND has a generic EULA on install of the software. That is the closest thing to a "ToS" for DreamMaker. A "ToS" means Terms of Service and is considered a service contract. The BYOND Software, specifically minus the pager, is distributed goods, not a service. You are allowed to make whatever you want with DreamMaker, you just may not be able to use the BYOND website to promote that content if it breaks the ToS of the website.
