Looking in my Firefox plugins, I saw this.

Now, I don't recall seeing anything about this in the documentation, I've never seen it until now, and by God I'm pretty certain I didn't install it myself.

Not saying it's malicious, not saying it's not, but the fact remains that this is on both of my computers, was installed without my knowledge, on all users Firefox profiles, and I'd like to know exactly what it is, what it does, and what it's for.

Using the latest versions of Firefox, BYOND, and using Windows XP.

Only games I currently play are Roleplay Engine (Lloyd Ishtar's version), Final Fantasy Online, Icon Ultima, and Sigrogana Legend.

EDIT: I found out what it is, it's a plugin that allows Firefox to utilize BYOND links to connect to games. Sorry for being so accusing, but you really should document this somewhere.
'latest versions' is never a proper statement, given that there are unstable betas for most any software product (including the three you mentioned) and even some 'older' stable releases sometimes are taken for 'latest', by some customers. A version number, on the the hand, is unique and does not allow for assumptions.

As for your feature request, you should address it in the < href="http://www.byond.com/developer/ forum/?forum=1">BYOND features forum.
