Steps to Reproduce Problem:
ok I open up my Pager like usual to play as game and please note I used to be able to play games so I have some favoritized.

I choose a game to play and it begins loading

then when it is threw with loading it will open the game window and in a flash or blink of an eye it will close out.

Please note no error reports have been made and I am online in the pager I just can't play games for some reason.

When you log on, do you get a Logged in as Disasterousc [Public] message in the grey status bar at the bottom?

How and where do you choose a game?
In your favourites list, or on the web appearance?
Do you join a friend, or something else?

I choose the game both from the web and on my pager. I did not join a friend.

Unfortunately, you ignored my first question.
Does the pager log you in (do you see the Logged in as Disasterousc [Public] message)?
In response to Schnitzelnagler
yes I am logged into my pager.

Great.
Could you please follow through all ten steps (including cfg)?
Thank you in advance.
In response to Schnitzelnagler
I have done all ten steps as followed and nothing has changed.
Step by step

I closed out the byond pager and went to my start up to the run option.

I then typed %appdata% inside which lead me to the application Data folder.

There was no Byond folder inside so I made my own as it instructed.

I then tried playing a game as usual and it had did the exact same as before.

This time I closed out the pager and opened up my computer document.

I clicked program files and fowund the Byond folder. There was no Cache file to delete so I renamed "cfg" to "cfg_old"

I retried to play a game onc more and the exact same thing happend as when I started this forum.

I put the name back as was

Is there any other problem that might be accuring?

Sorry, I just realised the article got outdated.
I informed Tiberath that he should change it ASAP.

The correct location of the folder you were searching is YOURDRIVE:/Documents and Settings/YOURNAME/My Documents/BYOND
In response to Schnitzelnagler
I have found the folder and done the same process but still It is the same. Is there soemthing else I could do?
In response to Disasterousc
When did the problem first occur?
What changes were applied to your system or BYOND around that time?
In response to Schnitzelnagler
the only changeds I have made were to add and delete morzilla but since then I uninstalled and reinstalled Byond continuousley.

I have removed Byond completely and reinstalled it yet nothing has changed.

To test if you can join games without a map and thus rule out hardware acceleration/driver issues, could you please try connecting to Chatters?
Thank you in advance.
In response to Schnitzelnagler
hey the chatting thing worked. So does that evaluate my problem and if so any ideas on how I should fix it?
In response to Disasterousc
When you select 'File' -> 'Preferences' -> 'Games', is 'Use graphics hardware' selected or deselected?

Can you connect to LastRobotStanding?
In response to Schnitzelnagler
yes it is checked and no I cannot get into that game
In response to Disasterousc
Please deselect that checkbox and try connecting to that game again. That should ensure that there are no driver/hardware related issues involved.
