Cant join trough game website

Ever when i try to join a game trough the website it says in IE that this page doesnt exist and in firefox that it doesn´t know how to open the link.

If he's on a Proxy Server, that may be the cause of this problem.

It is more likely that there was a mistake during installation and BYOND was not allowed to properly register with the link, but every assumption is pointless without facts on his specifications and details, which is why I asked for these.
