I see what you mean now. I tried a new key but it seems not to be validating, this is shown by the BYOND Pager saying "BYOND Hub: Connection Failed" above the Login button. It seems that the new key is not validating after all.

Ok, so it is rather unlikely to be a failure with BYOND.
The only possibilities I see are your network and your ISP. Asides from that, I'm out of ideas, sorry. |

You likely selected to 'Save account for offline work' on the pager, so your key information is stored. What I meant was you logging into a new key for the first time in your pager. That forces the pager to validate the key with the BYOND central.
