Problem Description:My problem is that every time I try to log onto a byond game from the website or pager the message comes up failed. This problem started the 24th of December. My monitor broke and my mom sent my computer to cleaned.

Steps to Reproduce Problem:There wasn't really much after I got my new monitor because my previous one broke I connected it to my computer which was just cleaned and then I logged onto byond then I got the failed message. I re-downloaded constantly and my firewall is also disabled we already did that.
Have you tried reinstalling BYOND?

Try following the Cache instructions in this article, if that doesn't solve your problem, move onto the configuration files instructions in the same article and see if that clears up your problem.
