How do I get nifty popup images on my member blog?

You know how those featured games links on the left sidebar have nifty click-able screenshots that pop up in a nice internal window (not sure what else to call it).

So, yeah, I want that on my blog. Is it possible, and if so, how do I do I do it?

I apologize for my rudeness. I realize I could have done that but I am in the middle of playing an online game with my girlfriend and she was waiting on. Plus other people were joining the waiting list and I was host.

It is no excuse though. I'm sorry to have bothered you with that.
