Operating System:Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3
Video/Graphics Card: Intel(R) 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller
Game Hub/Link: N/A
Internet Connection Type:Cable (I believe) [Verizon FIOS]
Firewalls/Routers: Windows Firewall (Disabled)

Problem Description: BYOND does not load. Dream Daemon, Dream Seeker, and the pager all do not even show up. I have clicked them all and nothing happens what so ever. Nothing happens when I click "Join" on any game either.

Steps to Reproduce Problem: I have followed the steps to change "cfg" to "cfg_old" and the cache file. However, there is not a cache file already.

Schnitzelnagler	Did it ever work and if so, what have you changed since then? If it didn't work, have you tried uninstall and reinstalling with a careful eye on any error messages that might appear?

Off_the_walls	No, it has never worked. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but everytime nothing changes. I click and nothing shows up what so ever.

Schnitzelnagler	Was there any error message when installing BYOND? How exactly do you try to launch the pager?

Off_the_walls	There was no error message when installing BYOND. Mainly I've tried clicking the desktop shortcut. I, also tried it from the installer from the zip file. The BYOND file in there itself. I did not install it with the zip file however.

Schnitzelnagler	Do you have administrative privileges on the system? Is the folder you installed to write enabled? Did you try to install to a different than the suggested folder (if so, which one)? Can you open other programs just fine?
