This is a rather unusual problem to report, however it would appear in that game theres a code written to load webpages on your user. Which is a heavy security issue if the person were to load you onto a webpage with viruses.

Fortunately for me this idiot only put me on a site with some vulgar video on it for those aware of the meatspin website. Those under a certain age shouldnt visit it.

Un-/Fortunately (depending on how you see it), BYOND only provides the software suite to create games, but does not censor or limit the product by any means possible. The creator of the final game is fully reliable and responsible for anything seen in the game, so you'll have to take your request up to the administration team in question.
If you have general security concern and would like for a client sided feature to be added, here would be the place to request it (an as detailed description as possible on the solution you have in mind would be nice).
