i have a proble with the byond

BYOND Build Number:
if you asking for the version of my byond its 468.1072
Operating System:Winsdows XP
Internet Connection Type: FF
Firewalls/Routers:i tried to turn off the fire wall nothin works

Problem Description:
when i want to play a game it tells me connection faild and i tried to turn off the fire wall and it didnt work pleas help me.

Most unfortunately, you didn't provide the information on what game you're trying to play (including which server , if there are multiple) and if this is an issue with every game you try, or just this specific game/server.
Could you please enlighten us here?

Please try and check if you can successfully load and play one game of Minions (a free multi-player Flash based game that doesn't require registration) to see if you can keep a steady connection through your browser.

Please take all the steps provided in this article and reboot your computer afterwards.
When your computer started again, try connecting to this BYOND game and see if you can stay on-line for at least 10 minutes.

i cant connect a game it tells me coneccting to XXXX then 3 dots ... and failed

I Am also having this problem. It lists the location of Dreamseeker and says its trying to connect, the lists the location saying it failed.


Edit: The error message is:
Connecting to byond://Files\BYOND\bin\dreamseeker.exe... failed


Nevermind, Fixed it. Ran BYOND as an administrator.
