Video/Graphics Card: ?
Game Hub/Link: Any game.
Internet Connection Type: Wireless.
Firewalls/Routers: Firewall is off.

Problem Description: So I go to http://www.byond.com/ and log in there. I try to join a game, but the little blue box just says "logging in" and does nothing else. Also, when I try to log in through the 'Byond' icon on my toolbar, it keeps telling me "BYOND Hub: connection failed."

I uninstalled and reinstalled, but the problem still occurs.

Steps to Reproduce Problem: Join a game.
Please try these steps.

Should this not resolve your problem, we're going to need more specific data, such as your BYOND Build number (which you can get through 'Help'->'About BYOND' in the lower left corner of the pop up in your pager.

It says my pager is offline. o.O

I have the mostly the same problem. When a game does load, it does not show any graphics or says unzip failed.

The fact that your pager can not connect to the BYOND hub would hint at general connectivity problems. Please try to follow through these steps.
