Dream seeker bug?

BYOND Build Number:4.79
Operating System:XP pro
Video/Graphics Card: Not of concern
Game Hub/Link: all games
Internet Connection Type: Not of concern
Firewalls/Routers: Not of concern

Problem Description:
When ever I try to join any BYOND game my system gives me a message

I have also tryed downgrading my BYOND version but it still doesn't work.

Steps to Reproduce Problem:

When did the problem first occur (what have you changed on your computer and BYOND right before that)?
Please provide the additional info the crash links to.
Remove BYOND by using the unistall executable, then afterwards, manually search for BYOND folders (you should find TWO) and manually delete both.
If you did not find two folders, please report this here.
After that, reboot your computer, download BYOND again, make sure that you're running on administrative privileges and install BYOND. Note any error messages that occur during the installation and report them here.

I have this problem for 4-5 days and The only 'change' was that I upgraded BYOND to version 4.79

btw going to try uninstall BYOND and every thing in one second
