Pager stay Offline

BYOND Build Number: got the last version
Operating System: Windows XP
Video/Graphics Card:
Game Hub/Link:
Internet Connection Type: Modem (that I can connect more then 1 computers to it, but it's not a modem that connected to a router).
Firewalls/Routers:
I got a firewall, but it's turned off
Problem Description:
Every time that I log into the pager, it doesn't say me I am online, it's stay on offline.... and I can't log into games when it's offline..
Steps to Reproduce Problem:
I tried Anything from the FAQ but nothing helped...

How exactly is your computer connected to that modem and what's the modem's name? I wouldn't be this sure that your modem does not serve as router as well from your description.
As for 'latest version', please provide an actual number here, since we've seen that refer to several year old, or not yet released beta versions. It's crucial to know what exactly everybody means, in order to avoid confusion.
