Running another program?

Ok so I was wondering could I make a game in the OHR.RPG.C.E. and have my Byond game simply run my OHR.RPG.C.E. game? Heres a link to the OHR.RPG.C.E. wiki:

Sorry, but I'm not sure I know what you intend to do here.
Could you describe your plan in detail? What benefit would you expect from such a venture?
