I'm sorry, but your question was a bit butchered through the strange grammar you applied. I can only assume that you meant to refer to some sort of in-game gimmick, where a player would appear as wearing a pumpkin head towards other players (else you'd have a hard time seeing it). If that is the case, that can not be accomplished through a 'skin', which is another word for a client sided interface element in BYOND.
