That is an automatic process. IF the BYOND hub can reach your server (e.g. you set up port forwarding and your firewalls properly) and IF the developer of said game has set up the hub and the game accordingly (configured world.hub and world.hub_password to comply with the hub's settings), your game should 'show up on the webpage', in case that means being displayed as as 'live game on the BYOND hub'.
