i wish to host a game i understand how to do it by reading the directions but what i need to know is do i need anyones permission to host the game or can i just do it? if i do need permission whos permission do i need and how do i get in touch with them?the game is dragon ball finale

If the game is available for download via the hub entry, you are allowed to host the game at your own discretion. However, if you obtained the host files through another means, you can host them, however you will likely want to contact the person who developed the game first. If they see you hosting their game without their permission, they can simply change the hub password and your game will no longer be visible to the public.
