You know, i just figured out that it sais: "These Settings are being managed by McAfee" and my McAfee is expired does it concern with it?

That's a firewall, somewhere in the post you were asked(even in the template) about that, and you never mentioned it. Yes, That is likely the culprit. You should probably turn off that program's firewall, and then try connecting.

Idk what i did but BYOND WORKED!!! i uninstalled McAfee from my comp now BYOND worked :D
