Could you uninstall, and reinstall the BYOND software(as admin)? That is a good place to start and hope for the best. However, ntdll.dll is the fault there and that's a part of windows, which may point to a problem with your windows, or maybe just the dll file. Either way, let's just hope that a reinstall of BYOND fixes it.
