I'm using, the possibly silly, Windows Vista with BYOND which I believe is the most up to date version.

I recently finished a scan with Malwarebytes which showed two possible infected files, and the results screen, oddly enough, show both a program file and registry key dealing with uninstalling BYOND. The thing that puzzles me is that Avast! doesn't detect this even though it is in it's most recent version.

Should I ignore this and continue on as normal or what? Here's what the Malwarebytes site is saying on the type of thing it found if it is of any help:

Trojan.Agent.Gen
Date spotted:
First seen on 2010-01-26.
Last seen on 2011-03-28.

Detection statistics:
This object is 0.04% of all objects detected.
2,119,432 instances detected worldwide.

I don't want to end up uninstalling BYOND one day only for it to respond to that by wrecking my computer. Also apologies in advance if this isn't in the right place or using the recommended post format.
