Is there anyone AT ALL from technical support who even LOOKS at these posts?!?! I mean, considering I took the trouble to look up all the details asked for in the bug report form, I thought there would be someone decent enough from technical support to at least take a look at my post and give me a clue as to what I can do. :((

When there was a problem other players had, with which I could help, I gladly did so. And now that I need help, I am completely ignored?

Sorry for the rant, but it's well over a week that I can't play now, and six days that I posted my message asking for help, with not even the slightest acknowledgment of my problem as yet, let alone any attempts to help me out ...
So I think it's not hard to understand why I am frustrated!
