Video/Graphics Card:Navidia Gforce (HD card, nothing to do with graphical problems)
Game Hub/Link:not a specific game
Internet Connection Type:Modem\Router(both)
Firewalls/Routers:not blocking it

Problem Description:
I hope I am posting at the right place.
I'm a "member"(Non-member actually) of byond for several years now.
And I have always had this specific problem, even though I've changed to a 10MB internet speed.

every once in awhile, kinda weird but in specific hours (mid-day my time-evening)
I can't seem to be able to log to any byond game.
The games stuck at their loggin screen (Naruto GOA for example stuck at "Press space" interface screen)
Downloading resources becomes really slow and stuff like that.
even though the game isn't even fully populated, and other people even my friends can easly log in.

any suggestion on how to fix it? maybe someway to navigate my connection through some program (heard it exists)
or any solution to why I can't play -half- a day ?

P.S.
Is someone familiar with the program "HotSpot"?
it's a program that directs your internet through it thus making games lag less, is it worth a try?
