How long until Lesson 5?
I will like to Learn to make Bars, Slider Bars & Buttons (Push box, Check box & Radio)

Lesson 4 was posted around 5 years ago. I doubt there will be a lesson five. However, check the resource center, i am pretty sure they have interface demos covering what your looking for.

Actually just looking at the skin reference in DM should help you figure that out no sweat.
