upCommentBox is a plug-and-play utility for quick and easy implementation of a comment submission system using browser interfaces. The utility is written with the purpose for the programmer to only need to write a few lines of code allowing the main interface procedures to be called. upCommentBox also serves as a demonstration of upForm's capabilities of using browser interfaces and HTML forms to create useful dynamic content.
