Wargames

I think it'd be cool if you made it where you set down schools based on what they teach. i.e. Primary, middle, high, college. I was reading where in some places they only have primary and middle, so their people can't learn as much as they want because someone can't afford to build a high school or whatever. Just a suggestion of course. Maybe you'll find out something with it, maybe not.
