Marvelous artwork as usual.
I think the aircraft carriers are out of proportion and need to be longer. I love the guns you drew separately, so the developers using this can rotate them as turrets and place them however they want. Is there any reason why you didn't draw real world weapons for the turrets?

The explosion looks a lot to an explosion I've seen in a game... I don't remember which one though :S

Thanks. The actual guns on the ships were pretty difficult to create with what references i could find so i had to improvise a bit. I felt the carriers were a little stubby, but by the time i realize I was already making final touches.
I was going to draw real world weapons for the isometric pieces.

hmm, so i'm wondering, in which software is it that you originally create the pixels before putting them into a icon library for dm, and how do you create said pixels when using different software so you can when finished bring it across into the proper '.dmi' icon format you'd need for a game in DM to be able to use

Unless you're doing GFX, the software you use to make pixel art doesn't really matter. Most pixel artists prefer Graphics Gale, but you can generally do most of your pixel art in software like MS paint without too much of a hassle.
Pixel art takes time, experience, and artistic knowledge to master.

Zane tends to use Graphics Gale, that or Photoshop.
