Well...For the past few weeks I been working on a new project and I decided to show-off some of my map work

It's a nice map and all, but that's just too easy for Viridian Forest. Pokemon games are easy enough as is; make it a challenge. Get a little of a maze vibe going in there. If anything, as a long time Pokemon fan I would want a more difficult map not an easier one.

You have the basics done, now all you have to do is add a lot more decorations. Add some shrubbery, flowers, smooth the water lines out (less blocky, more natural), smooth the tree lines out (less blocky, more natural), maybe even some rocks/boulders/logs around.

You best be giving credit to Kymotonian for these tiles. Sure, he says they're public domain IF you give credit where credit is due. In other words, I want to see you give him credit for his work. Sorry I'm being a ball-buster but he was a good friend of mine back when I worked on fan games.

Havent you guys thought he would give credit when he makes the hub and if i was you guys Id be quiet before u get in trouble I just almost got banned for a similar reason like this.

What similar reason did you almost get banned for? Kumorii is in no way in the wrong. If you post someone else's work online and they ask to be given credit, then you give credit to it. Putting credit for it on a hub one time doesn't justify posting it 10 times all over the internet. Giving credit where credit is due means every time. | |

I don't see any mention of being banned.
Also, this isn't similar to what's going on here. Kumorii said what he had to say and gave a good explanation as to why, and clearly showed he was not saying anything maliciously. | |

You're welcome. A dead tree, eh? Well, it looks more like some sort of distorted Pokemon since the top seems like ears. I would recommend just recoloring the largest green tree in your screen shots and making it seem like it's more autumn colored, or something.
Not sure, but there has Got to be a better option than that. I'd rather have no dead trees than ones that looked that odd, lol. | |
