Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.

Once maptext backgrounds are supported, it would be nice to have some kind of setting for padding (blank space between the edges of the background and the text), since text on the edge of the background can look a bit clunky.

Audeuro	Mr. Robert had pointed out that the forum prepended http://www.byond.com/forum/ to your image, so I added an 'http://' to the beginning so that it didn't do that.
