I remade Fauxdrop from scratch. It now uses datums for tracking.
The programming still probably sucks though, so I won't release that. :|

Looks cool, there are some adjustments you could make to perfect it. Specifically being able to click an X button to close the list would be a nice touch because finding the same thing twice for the sake of closing a list is a little annoying.

Apart from that it looks good.

Wouldn't it be better to just use a browser control for this?

Definitely.
That's why I'm not making this a public library. It's just for lulz, and boredom.
