Descriptive Problem Summary:Changeing or editing any part of the skin file for Harvest Moon: Trinity Ranch , which uses the "BYOND 3.5" Default skin, it will consistently prompt you about a skin update being available and depending on if you select yes or no, and if your connecting to a remote sever/how your connected to a local server, will fail your connection.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:

1) Download and host Harvest Moon: Trinity Ranch and run it locally in dream daemon.

2) Click the yellow "Join world" Key.

3) F1 >Client > Edit skin.

4) Change any part of the skin file and save it.

5) Exit and reconnect to your server though the yellow join key.

6) You will be prompted to download a skin update. Clicking yes or no will connect you to the game.

7) Click yes.

8) Edit any part of the skin file and save it again.

9) Open the BYOND pager > file > Open location > localhost:portnumber

10) You will again be prompted to download a skin update. Clicking no will result in the denial of your connection. Clicking yes will also result in the denial of your connection, however, you will be able to successfully connect the next try.

11) Attempting to connect to a remote server will result in the same effects as step 10.

Expected Results: To not be constantly informed that there is a skin update, when there shouldn't be, and declining it should not result in connection failure.

Actual Results: A skin update is constantly available, and accepting it results in a connection failure.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Everytime.
In other games? Not as my tests have revealed. But I would assume so.
In other user accounts? Yes.
On other computers? Yes.

When does the problem NOT occur? The problem doesn't occur when you don't edit the skin file.

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.) Since BYOND 4.0 was released.

Workarounds: Undetermined.
