Coke (as in Coca-Cola) is my drug of choice (I like the two Game Fuel Dews, though, especially the orange citrus one), and I can go through some days where it will be the only beverage (including water) that I drink (note: that's not the norm; I generally drink other liquids daily, like water, juices, and milk)

On most days, though, I down around a liter (3 cans, or maybe a 20oz or two) I don't think I could ever hit a full 2 liters in a single day, much less the 4 or more from those example cases...

The thing to always keep in mind, though, when you hear horror stories about ingredients in foods and drinks is that generally, it takes a heck of a lot of it to have any great impact... In the doses per serving, they're generally safe (at least, safe enough to pass FDA testing and certification)

So while it is perhaps best to just avoid "bad" ingredients altogether, there's usually no reason to panic...lol
