I heard that BYOND developers are not able to create anime games that is related to the actual anime anymore.For Example Bleach lovers are not able to make games that include the names of character and moves in bleach.Is this true?

So you sayinng we cant make dbz games anymore? and since when cause last time i checked it was legal.
