Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.
I'd like to see a jutsu clash system Rasengan vs Rasengan Pushing Back Each other when they cancel both parties are blown back from recoil. Fire ball vs fire balls they each disperse. That sort of thing.

What about element disadvantage/advantage? Like Fire Dragon vs Water Dragon. Also if your stat for ninjutsu power is let say 20 and you use fire dragon and the enemy ninjutsu power is 10 and use water dragon, maybe fire dragon would win but its dmg is halved due to difference in ninjutsu power? Just an idea.
