This issue has been resolved.
When you select any of the subscriber options on an unlisted hub entry, you get the following message

Contact BYOND to ask about setting up automated subscription processing for your game. (Note: Fangames cannot charge for subscriptions.)

But it appears that this actually isn't the case anymore, as games that are listed automagically get to set up automated subscription processing. This message should ideally be changed to reflect that.
I do believe it's still possible for unlisted games to get subscription access manually. Adding the bit about being listed giving it automatically would be a good idea though.
I removed this text, since it's not serving any real purpose now.
