Descriptive Problem Summary:
When I reconnect to any game with this version of BYOND (including 445, not sure how low it goes) the game will reconnect, but the map will not refresh as it should. Instead the screen will simply sit there looking as it did when you reconnected. The game itself will start over, but you will always have that shot of the map stuck on your screen.

I moved down to BYOND 442 and the problem did not occur. I'm not sure when the problem starts.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Download or Play a game. It can be on your computer or on a server.

Reconnect to the game through options and messages.

The screen should stay as it was before you clicked reconnect. The game will reconnect, but the map itself will not refresh.

Expected Results:
The screen should refresh itself as it did in earlier BYOND version.

Actual Results:
The screen stays as it is and does not refresh. The map screen basically freezes as it is, but the game reconnects.

When does the problem NOT occur?
It did not occur when I went back to BYOND 442 in order to test if it always did that.

Workarounds:
None unless you downgrade. It happens in 445, but I'm not sure if it does in 444.
