Feet do go outwards in a natural pose, but they do not slant as far down as you've shown. I think it'd look great with minor adjustments.
Ill try to fix that up
The arms look too stiff. Try relaxing his shoulders. Other than that, it's pretty good.
Looks pretty good but make the arms more ( instead of [ xD if you get what I mean, IMO that's all that needs fixing.
