So here's what I thought. My game is pre-Alpha. And I wanted to publish it and then as I change and improve the game, change the name from "[Game's name] Demo" to "[Game's name]". Can I do that? Will my game become published? Will I be able to change it's name after I published it? Thanks for your time.

Technically you can create the hub and edit it, but I do not think it will be accepted for hub listing until it is "playable" (complete or at least relatively complete).

Demos are fine as long as they are reasonable quality and showcase something interesting inside. As an example of this? Eternia: Prologue is a demo for Eternia.
