Hello Strai, I have been paid 2 subscriptions to a banned account but the sub doesnt get active, does the value of the sub need to be higher then the value of the recharged money ?

Assuming this is about Ultimate Mac's account; It is not banned, and there appears to be 2 months worth of subscriptions on it. What is the problem?
