Blocking certain members from posting on your threads

This feature has already been implemented, or is already achievable with existing methods.
I had some users harass me here on boards and request a feature to block such members

If they're bothering you in a place you can't control then ask someone who can handle it for you. There's no reason to let people block other users from public discussions.

It actually did this before, but it didn't quite work out so well so it was removed.

I agree that's how the forum should work. Letting users prevent each other from posting is just a way for people to hide from their problems instead of learning to deal with other people. Unfortunately, that's not how the forums work: http://www.byond.com/forum/?post=559768

In most forums, users you've banned cannot post in threads that you started. I think it's just the bug and feature trackers where bans don't apply, but they do apply to other forums (like Developer Help).
