I am having an issue hosting games on BYOND. It is saying 'BYOND hub reports port 63087 cannot be reached by players.'
Now.. I have turned off Windows Firewall and attempted opening a port for the program, which still didn't work. I am unsure if it is just a bad version or what, but any help that can be provided will be accepted.

I usually host on port 6000. If you forward 6000 and host on 6000 and it still says it's unreachable, there's probably something else involved or you didn't do everything properly.

Some routers can be tricky, try using the portforward.com website. Also check that you don't have any other firewalls(some anti-virus programs have them as well).

As unsafe as it sounds, taking down your firewalls (both computer, and anti-virus software) can solve the problem sometimes.

Or you can just allow the particular port and/or program through the firewall. No need to disable all of your security.
