Locked: Hentai in BYOND games? z.z

-.- um..if a game..had hentai pictures..that wouldn't be allowed, would it? >.> like..the game could be denied submission or even be shut down?

If I rightly recall, the last game to do that had it's hub entry deleted, so it wasn't searchable or visible on the site at all. It's not something BYOND particularly approves of, no, due the varied nature of the audience we have on BYOND, including children.

This feels like a loaded question of sorts though. Why are you asking?

The Terms of Service say that you can't have bad stuff on the website.

However, there's a separation between the software and the website that causes things like illegal DBZ games running off-site-only.

Of course, the staff are allowed to revoke your use of the "Service", which includes both the website and the software.

If you were to make such a thing, I'd say you shouldn't make any references to BYOND in it at all, but the staff might have a more strict judgment on that.

But to answer your question, it would definitely not be allowed to appear on the site at all. That doesn't mean it can't exist, be hosted, or be "played", until the staff somehow bans you from the software.
