Having played a few games, I have to say it's pretty cool. My one recommendation would be to split Elixer into two separate spells: one to sacrifice anything BUT a pawn (for MP), and another to simply sacrifice pawns (0 MP). As it is, this all-purpose spell is so powerful that not selecting it can be considered a newbie trap.
