So Valve is adding in a easier way for indie developers to put their games on steam.
While I love this idea, I just hope it doesn't get bogged down with terrible games that drown out the actual good ones.

In before someone actually submits a fan-game they made with BYOND to Steam. I really do believe someone will do this and it won't be pretty at all.

Are there any restrictions on what can be posted? It seems they review submissions beforehand, LA. I don't think fan-games will be a problem to them unless they get flooded with submissions. They can just reject them. | |

Steam? No! You're supposed to buy games on Steam! Although steam games don't "belong" to steam. Steam just acts as a middle-man to get the product to the customer. I think it emerged because people didn't like going out to buy cds.
