Port problems with hosting server

I'm trying to host a space station 13 server, however, in Dream Daemon, whenever I attempt to open the server to the public I receive a message stating, "Byond hub reports port 49640 cannot be reached by players".
Is there any way around this? How can I open it to all players?

You have to open the respective port on your router.

I would lookup the portfotward website if I was you.
