This issue has been resolved.
Line numbers do not draw using the font settings defined by the user in Code Preferences, therefore, line numbers do not scale properly with the code and you end up with this. For the record, the font I am using is 6pt Bitstream Vera Sans Mono.

I just reuploaded 1144 since this is such a minor fix.
